You don’t have to choose it for all or any of your team as the four subscription layers will cover almost all your employees’ healthcare needs, but we offer a top level of insurance in case any of your team needs long or complex care. With Pomegranate’s top layer, your employees will even be able to get covered healthcare anywhere in the world if it isn’t available in the UK.

We realise that many couples face distressing fertility issues, so we work with carefully chosen partners to offer fertility support, including IVF and egg freezing, as an option for Pomegranate subscribers.

No restrictions on specialists

Most company-paid PMI schemes tightly restrict where your team can get treatment and the specialists they can see, many insisting they see less experienced consultants and preventing them being treated at the best-equipped private hospitals. Pomegranate won’t block anything. Your employees can go anywhere and see anyone.
